Employee Benefits Coming of Age

If you're a fan of employeebenefits and 80s coming of age films like Sixteen Candles, you're going to want to read this.

Thanks to Katie OberkircherSandy LaycoxBrianne Spellane and the entire team at The Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers and Leader's Edge Magazine for asking me to guest write a piece for the #EBLF month-long content campaign.

I decided to write about which employee benefits are "coming of age" during COVID-19...and may have compared these employee benefits to certain characters from this 1984 John Hughes classic film.
